Penelope Wheated Bourbon is an exceptional bourbon crafted from a mash bill featuring a high percentage of corn complemented by wheat and malted barley. Replacing rye with wheat gives the spirit a creamier, smoother, and exceptionally mellow character.

The bourbon is aged for a minimum of 4 years in new, charred American oak barrels, then bottled as a Straight Bourbon Whiskey without chill filtration (Non-Chill Filtered), preserving its rich aromas and natural texture. This elegant whiskey delights with notes of vanilla, honey, caramel, buttery pastries, and delicate oak.

On the palate, it develops layers of creamy caramel, sweet vanilla, baked fruit, gentle cinnamon spice, and subtle toasted oak. The result is an exceptionally harmonious bourbon that is equally enjoyable during a relaxed tasting session and as an introduction to the world of American whiskey.
