• Midnight Harmony – 45 ml Martell Blue Swift, 15 ml coffee liqueur, 20 ml maple syrup, a few drops of chocolate bitters; stir with ice and strain into a lowball glass.
• Citrus Velvet – 40 ml Martell Blue Swift, 20 ml grapefruit juice, 15 ml orange liqueur, 10 ml honey-rosemary syrup; shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
