Red Stag is the newest creation of the Jim Beam distillery. The present version is produced on the basic 4 - year-old Jim Beam, for which is gradually adds the natural flavor of black cherry. The resulting beverage has an exceptionally mild and unique flavor. Fruity note that appears in the product does not overwhelm the typical bourbon flavor. Moderately sweet flavor intertwined with elements of mild oak and hints of black cherry. Finish incredibly soft, deep, full of genuine warmth of the traditional Jim Beam'a.

It is said that the production of Devil’s Cut is done with the devil interference, and as it turns out is a bit of truth. In the period of aging in oak barrels some distillate evaporates from the barrel and is considered “the angelic part” –“Angel’s Share”. On the other hand when bourbon is pouring in to the bottle a certain amount of distillate is still in wood of barrels for what is called “evil part”- “Devil’s Cut”. The production of presented Jim Beam is to recover trapped whiskey and mixed it with a well-known black (6-years) representative of the Beam family. After that treatment we receive 45% liquor with a deep brown color and a decisive characters, which the strong oak flavors are highlighted firm hints of vanilla.
Jim Beam Honey is a unique version of bourbon combines great taste of whiskey and honey sweetness. "Honey" was created on the the traditional four - year-old Jim Beam aged in selected oak barrels. Typical taste of the well-known bourbon with hints of vanilla has been enhanced with the natural and delicate elements of fresh honey. They thus formed a unique, intense but perfectly balanced liquor with long and soft finish.
Jim Beam Rye is one of the first American Bourbon whiskey created by Jacob Beam and refined over the next seven generations. "Rye" by many, also known as "Yellow Label" is the epitome of over two hundred years of tradition. The uniqueness of this bourbon is based on a formula, in which there is at least 51% rye yielding a drier and slightly sharper taste. A beautiful copper color of the drink in large part results from a four - year-old process of maturation in handmade oak barrels. The pleasant aroma perceptible smell of nutmeg, pepper and fresh apples. The taste definitely peppery with hints of cinnamon and mint, finished slightly sweet, but a clear finish.
Jim Beam in the basic version is a classic representative of American whiskey, and thus offers exactly what it should contain a standard Bourbon. Distillates, used to produce this version of Jim Beam matured in new white oak barrels for minimum 4 years, which strongly determines the range of aromatic-flavored liquor. Reddish-orange color shows sweet aroma notes of vanilla and the caramel flavor definitely obscuring potential oak. Clear finish, gradually softened, leaving a pleasant fresh memory. It works perfectly as a base for various kinds of drinks based on bourobn.
