The Wolf & Oak Distillery was founded relatively recently, in 2018, but its story goes back much further – to the passion, tradition, and skills that its founders nurtured over the years. Wolf & Oak is a project born out of a love for artisanal spirits and a deep respect for the art of distillation. The inspiration to create it came from a desire to revive old methods of alcohol production that emphasize ingredient quality and process precision.

The founders, who had previously gained knowledge about spirits and their production across various parts of Europe, decided to use their experiences to create something unique for the Polish market. In 2018, in the heart of Lower Silesia, the first production began, and their vodkas, gin, and whisky quickly gained recognition among connoisseurs for their exceptional taste and craftsmanship.

The distillery's name – Wolf & Oak – is derived from two symbols that highlight its philosophy and approach to creating spirits.
