Ballantine's Finest is a brand of Scotch whisky produced in Dumbarton since 1910. Summary drink belongs to the class blended (mixed), which means that its substrates of about 50 types of malt whisky (single malt) and cereal (grain). In addition, the production uses only the best sorts of barley and crystal clear water from mountain streams of Scotland. Before the spill to distinctive flat bottles the liquor aged in oak barrels for six years. The delicate flavor notes of chocolate seamlessly interwoven with fruity aroma and a pinch of spice.
Presented Ballantine’s 17 YO is a classic composition of carefully selected malt and grain whiskeys aged in oak barrels for a minimum 17 years. The complexity and harmony of flavors are the essence of the true spirit of Scotland, and the palette of flavors is recognized freshness and elegant character. On the palate perceptible note of burning bonfires gradually gives way to orange with hint of vanilla.
Ballantine’s is one of the most popular blended whisky, produced in Dumbarton, Scotland. Presented product is a little older representative of the family, whose composition includes more than forty ingredients, each aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 years.
