It is said that the production of Devil’s Cut is done with the devil interference, and as it turns out is a bit of truth. In the period of aging in oak barrels some distillate evaporates from the barrel and is considered “the angelic part” –“Angel’s Share”. On the other hand when bourbon is pouring in to the bottle a certain amount of distillate is still in wood of barrels for what is called “evil part”- “Devil’s Cut”. The production of presented Jim Beam is to recover trapped whiskey and mixed it with a well-known black (6-years) representative of the Beam family. Typical taste of the well-known bourbon with hints of vanilla has been enhanced with the natural and delicate elements of fresh honey. Red Stag is the newest creation of the Jim Beam distillery. The present version is produced on the basic 4 - year-old Jim Beam, for which is gradually adds the natural flavor of black cherry. Jim Beam Rye is one of the first American Bourbon whiskey created by Jacob Beam and refined over the next seven generations. "Rye" by many, also known as "Yellow Label" is the epitome of over two hundred years of tradition. The uniqueness of this bourbon is based on a formula, in which there is at least 51% rye yielding a drier and slightly sharper taste. A beautiful copper color of the drink in large part results from a four - year-old process of maturation in handmade oak barrels.
