Prototype of Black Label was established in the mid-nineteenth century and the first version was called Extra Special Old Highland. Used to produce a composition of more than 40 single malt whiskys, which are the main items Cardhu from Speyside and Caol Ila from Islay. Each of the components of Black Label matures in other carefully selected sherry oak casks or bourbon for a minimum of 12 years. Already at first glance, the drink itself as a beautiful dark amber color, and then delights a wide and well-chosen bouquet of aromas and flavors.
