San Lino Carta Blanca is an authentic Cuban white rum that perfectly reflects the character of the Caribbean distillation tradition. It is made from high-quality sugar cane sourced from the central part of the island – a region considered one of the best places for its cultivation. The history of Cuban rum dates back to the mid-19th century, when the development of sugar cane plantations led to the establishment of the first distilleries on the island.

One of the most important among them was San Lino, located in the central part of Cuba – a region considered one of the best “terroirs” for producing high-quality sugar cane. The production of San Lino rum is based on traditional methods and careful attention to every stage of the spirit-making process.

Distilled in a continuous still and aged for 3 years in white oak barrels, it develops a harmonious flavor profile and a subtle structure. Thanks to this, it retains the freshness and lightness characteristic of the Cuban rum style, which has stood out for years among other Caribbean interpretations.

Mixology and cocktails using San Lino Carta Blanca white rum.

The light character of San Lino Carta Blanca makes it an excellent base for many classic rum cocktails. Its freshness and subtle sweetness combine well with citrus, mint or fruit juices, making it perfect for both simple drinks and more complex bartending compositions.

• Mojito – place a few mint leaves and lime wedges in a highball glass, add 2 teaspoons of cane sugar and gently muddle. Add 50 ml of San Lino Carta Blanca rum, fill the glass with crushed ice and top with sparkling water, then lightly stir.
• Daiquiri – in a shaker combine 50 ml of San Lino Carta Blanca rum, 25 ml of fresh lime juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Cuba Libre – pour 50 ml of San Lino Carta Blanca rum into a highball glass filled with ice, add juice from a lime wedge and top with cola. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime.
• Piña Colada – blend 50 ml of San Lino Carta Blanca rum, 40 ml of coconut milk and 80 ml of pineapple juice with crushed ice. Serve in a tall glass, preferably garnished with a piece of pineapple.
