Mascota Unánime Pinot Noir – what is worth knowing about this Argentine Pinot Noir?
Mascota Unánime Pinot Noir is a dry red wine from Argentina made entirely from the Pinot Noir grape variety. It comes from Mendoza – a region primarily associated with large, intense wines, but one that can also show a much more delicate side of Argentine winemaking.
If you are just beginning your wine journey, the name Pinot Noir may not tell you much. The simplest way to describe it is as a grape variety known for elegance, freshness and red fruit aromas. It usually does not produce the same heavy, strongly tannic effect as many other red varieties.
Mascota Unánime combines this characteristic lightness with a more expressive Argentine style. In the glass, you will find notes of cherries, raspberries and strawberries, delicate floral accents and subtle spices.
This is a dry red wine with a capacity of 0.75L that works equally well for a relaxed tasting or at the dinner table. You do not need to be a wine expert to enjoy its character.
