Cava Maset Brut – Passion for Tradition.

Cava Maset Brut is one of the most characteristic, traditional, dry sparkling wines. It is produced in the Catalan town of La Granada at one of the three flagship vineyards of the producer, under the designation DO Cava. Spanish producers, as part of the DO Cava appellation’s control of origin, are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for their products, created using the traditional production method.

In return, Bodega Maset achieves legal distinction from similar products made in other regions. Cava Maset Brut is crafted by this masterful winery from a special blend of grape varieties:

Xarel·lo
Macabeo
Parellada

Cava Maset Brut is produced by the traditional method, using secondary fermentation. This process, as with French Champagnes, occurs in the bottle and results in the delicate bubbles loved by all. Cava Maset Brut matures in the bottle for at least 12 months. The result is a smooth, fresh, nuanced sparkling wine. It is undoubtedly a wonderful example of phenomenally crafted Cava. This product also makes an ideal gift idea. :)

Ideal serving temperature: 6-8 degrees Celsius.
