Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is the most popular American whiskey produced since 1866, when Jasper "Jack" Daniel trusted his intuition and bet on the development of high quality liquor. Its unique flavor results from a nearly ten-day filtration of the distillate by the 3 - meter layer of maple charcoal. In the next stage of the production it matures in handmade oak barrels for four to six years. Only after the expiry of the time, ready drink is poured into the characteristic square bottle with the original white and black label. This process gives the product a very smooth and slightly sweet flavor with palpable notes of charcoal smoke.
